Fintia is a personal finance application that helps users register, classify, and analyze expenses. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using Fintia you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

a) Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use this information solely to create and manage your Fintia account.

b) Expense and Financial Data

You provide expense descriptions, amounts, categories, and dates when registering transactions. This data is stored securely and used to deliver the app's core features.

c) Audio Data

Fintia allows you to register expenses by voice. When you use this feature, audio is captured through your device microphone and sent to our servers for processing. The audio is used to extract expense information (amount, description, category) using AI. We do not store raw audio recordings after processing is complete.

d) AI-Processed Data

We use artificial intelligence services to classify expenses, extract information from audio, and generate financial summaries. Data sent to AI providers is used only for processing your request and is not used to train third-party models.

e) Subscription and Billing Information

Fintia offers a subscription plan and a free trial managed entirely through Google Play. We do not collect or store payment details such as credit card numbers. Google Play handles all billing information under its ownprivacy policy.

f) Automatically Collected Data

We may collect basic usage and diagnostic data such as device type, operating system version, and crash reports to improve app stability and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your identity and manage your account.

3. Third-Party Services

Fintia relies on the following types of third-party services to operate:

• Authentication: Google Sign-In.
• Cloud infrastructure: Firebase (Google) for data storage and hosting.
• AI processing: Third-party AI services for expense classification and audio transcription.
• Billing: Google Play for subscription and trial management.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data only in the following cases:

• With the third-party service providers listed above, strictly to operate the app.
• When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Fintia or its users.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (TLS), secure cloud storage, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Fintia is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
