Terms and Conditions – Fintia

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Fintia, a personal finance application available on Android and iOS. By downloading, installing, or using Fintia, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Fintia, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using Fintia on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Fintia is a personal finance app that allows users to register, classify, and analyze expenses through manual input, voice recording, and AI-powered processing. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. User Account

You sign in to Fintia using your Google account or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately ataurtu.apps@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Fintia offers a free trial and a paid subscription plan managed through Google Play or the App Store. By starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to the billing terms of the respective store. Key points:

• The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play or the App Store.
• Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
• Use the app to transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding in Fintia are the property of Fintia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

7. User Data

Your use of Fintia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

8. AI-Generated Content

Fintia uses AI to classify expenses, transcribe voice input, and generate financial summaries. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. Fintia is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Disclaimers

Fintia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fintia and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Fintia at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the app at any time. Account deletion can be requested at aurtu.apps@gmail.com.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Fintia shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
